Mr. Sun currently serves as Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of CATL.

Mr. Sun has served as the legal counsel of Alstom Group in France, the deputy general counsel of Otis Elevator (South Korea) of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), the legal and compliance officer of the Asia Pacific region of AVON Group in the United States, and the chief risk control officer of SF Express Group Official and CEO of SF Express International.

Mr. Sun has extensive experience in legal compliance and international strategy. He is good at combining international situations and environments, using keen insight to propose systematic risk prevention and compliance solutions, laying the foundation for the company's global operations.
