Margarita YAO is currently the General Counsel of Trina Solar Co., Ltd. She holds a double degree of Bachelor of International Finance and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and a "MBA in Trade Law" from the University of Queensland, Australia. At the beginning of 2000, she returned to China with an international first-line law firm and began to work in China. She has more than 20 years of domestic and foreign practice and litigation experience.
