Ms. Zhao is the head of the Compliance Management Department and the Legal Affairs Department of Mengniu Dairy.

Ms. Zhao has senior domestic and overseas compliance management experience and corporate legal management experience, and has rich practical experience in the construction of compliance management systems and the implementation of various mechanisms. Ms. Zhao’s practice scope covers quality and safety, antitrust, anti-commercial bribery, data compliance, labor and employment, environmental protection, listing compliance, ESG governance, government supervision and other special fields in China, Hong Kong, Australia, America, Southeast Asia, etc. Cross-border legal compliance management work.

Ms. Zhao led Mengniu's compliance management team to pass the ISO37301 and GB/T 57700 dual-standard compliance management system certification standards, establishing Mengniu's compliance management benchmark position in the dairy industry and helping the dairy industry develop high-quality.

Before joining Mengniu , Ms. Zhao worked in a well-known domestic law firm in charge of anti-dumping, international trade and finance, customs supervision, and domestic and overseas investment and financing legal services. She serves as Head of Legal Affairs and has overall responsibility for legal, compliance and intellectual property matters.
