Ms. Bi has worked in central enterprises for more than 20 years and currently serves as the head of the legal department of MCC.

Ms. Bi has participated in a number of overseas mining M&A transactions and capital operation projects with market influence, handled a number of dispute resolutions in overseas trade, investment and construction projects, and was responsible for the construction and operation of the compliance system.
