Mr. Fu is the head of the Legal Department of the Silk Road Fund. He joined Silk Road Fund in 2015 and led the legal team to deeply participate in various cross-border equity mergers and acquisitions, debt and fund investment projects of Silk Road Fund, which ensures the legality and compliance of investment and business decisions. And he provides legal support for improving corporate governance, compliance and stable operations.

As a medium and long-term development investment fund, the Silk Road Fund serves the construction of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative and provides investment and financing support for economic and trade cooperation and bilateral and multilateral connectivity between China and relevant countries and regions, with a capital scale of US$40 billion and 100 billion yuan. The Legal Department of the Silk Road Fund was awarded the Most Innovative Legal Team Award by the Financial Times’ “Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers”.

Before joining Silk Road Fund, Mr. Fu worked in a well-known international law firm engaged in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and capital markets and other related businesses.
