Mr. Lei FAN is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and General Manager of the Compliance Department of Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd. Responsible for the establishment and construction of comprehensive compliance governance and systems including export control and economic sanctions, FCPA, anti-monopoly, personal privacy and data security. He used to be ZTE's global compliance director, head of export control rules and standards department, and chief compliance officer of Transsion Holdings. He has rich theoretical and practical experience in compliance fields such as the establishment of a compliance system and the standardization of compliance governance actions, the construction of a compliance system that differs from "enterprise", export control and economic sanctions, personal privacy, and data protection. He has led the construction of many large-scale compliance projects, and established compliance standards and systems in the fields of corporate global procurement, production, R&D, sales, logistics, after-sales, investment and financing, human resources, finance, etc. with world-class compliance standards, and obtained recognized by regulatory agencies. Successfully dealt with many international sanctions compliance incidents, and has a wealth of experience in the front-line response to the export control and sanctions supervision of international government agencies.
